Firstly, we would like to thank you for trusting us and for all the support that you guys have given us during this pandemic and since we started the business. We see and appreciate each of you !
We have offered the option to pre-order some well loved products in order to guarantee that you have your desired product(s) before it sells out on our website. We have added "pre-order only" under each product description to avoid any misunderstandings.
All purchased items that are intended to be pre-ordered products will only be dispatched in late June. BUT, deliveries may take longer due to the backlog experienced at SA customs & the COVID-19 shutdowns. Furthermore, in the spirit of being transparent with our clients we would like to let you know that we purchase all the products from the USA/Canada and that all retailers and shipping agencies are also experiencing delays in processing orders. So, once our US team reps purchase products or place orders we also have to wait until they are processed and delivered to the designated dispatch center.
We would also like to let you know that we will have price increases as our prices during the lockdown will be determined by the US/ZAR exchange rate, and also by the high shipping rates that we have to pay.
